Description

Structure
Compound crusher has large crushing ratio, and the output product size can be adjusted randomly. It dont suffer from the wear of plate hammer and the plate, it is a kind of no screen crushing machine, it is not easy to plug when crushed high moisture\large mud containing materials; using elastic and regulatory structure, the material which cannot be crushed, they will be automatically discharged, it can't make the damage to equipment; The bearing is horizontal layout and with long life, it can break high temperature materials (such as cement clinker); unique rotor structure, when crushing materials, the rotor body is virtually non-wear; The back Cavity set-up screw or hydraulic open structure, do not need main equipment you can easily replace the wearing parts.
Working Principle
Material from the upper part of machine vertical falls into high-speed rotating impeller, and then being driven by high-speed centrifugal force, it crush and pulverize with another parts materials which is in the umbrella diversion form around impeller at high speed. After materials impacting, there will form a materials vortex between the impeller and the casing and striking, impacting, shearing and grinding into power in several times later, and then discharging through the bottom.
Safety Operating Procedures
Before start up machine, check and make sure the body kurakado closed; open the body kurakado after the machine is completely stopped, to prevent dangerous
Starting on no-loading condition, after running smoothly can put into production
The max. feed size should less than the specification requirement; if not, the equipment will be damaged
Troubles happened, please stop right away and cautious check; troubleshooting and then production
Regularly adding lubricating oil to the rotating bearing parts
