Hydraulic system of single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher generally uses a bidirectional working oil pump. During forward or invert running, the bottom oil of hydraulic cylinder pumps in or out, thus driving the main shaft moves up and down.

The crushing cavity can rapidly open during iron passing, and after iron passing, it will slowly regain to the normal open size. Hydraulic Cone Crusher Main Parts
Hydraulic cone crusher is made up of movable cone, fixed cone, transmission agent, lubricating system, hydraulic system, base, principal axis, eccentric bearing bushing, bowl liner and hopper.
When the machine is working, motor drives the eccentric bushing to rotate through V-belt, transmission shaft and transmission gear, and makes movable cone swing back and forth. The driven cone with single hydraulic cylinder can adjust the outlet, clean the cavity, overload and iron pass protection, and other functions; and materials are continuously squeezed and impacted in the crushing cavity and then discharged from the bottom.
