Impact Crusher Description

Working Principle
This machine is designed to crush the material through impact energy. When the material enters the flat hammer action zone, it is crushed by the hammer through high-speed impact, then thrown to and re-crushed by the impact unit mounted on the top of the rotor, ultimately rebounds to the action zone from the impact lining board to accept another crushing. This process repeats until the material is crushed to the desired granule and output from the bottom of machine. The graininess and shape of output product can be changed through adjusting the clearance between the impact rack, vibration rack and rotor rack.
