Description

Features
Hydraulic system of single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher generally uses a bidirectional working oil pump. During forward or invert running, the bottom oil of hydraulic cylinder pumps in or out, thus driving the main shaft moves up and down.
Scaleboard compensate for wear: the second function of bottom hydraulic cylinder is the compensation for wearing of fixed and movable cone scaleboard. After the scaleboard wearing,the space between fixed and movable cone become large, so the materials outlet size becomes big. Manual operation can properly lift main shaft and movable cone so as to narrow the space between fixed and movable cone scaleboard, thus, the material size becomes small. All these operations also can complete automatically through controlling system to compensate for wearing.
Iron pass protection: the bottom hydraulic cylinder of cone crusher connects with an accumulator, when the hard material or iron feeds to the crushing cavity resulting, a tremendous open strength will be generated between fixed cone scaleboard and movable cone scaleboard. This force will solidly pass to the bottom hydraulic cylinder which makes cylinder hydraulic pressure is rising sharply. When the oil pressure is up to some degree, the inner oil can be compelled to flow into the accumulator, thus making the main shaft dropped and the space between fixed cone and movable cone enlarging, so the hard material or iron can be discharging. Owing to single cylinder structure, this iron pass protection system is simple, convenient, and reliable. The crushing cavity can rapidly open during iron passing, and after iron passing, it will slowly regain to the normal open size. 6. Working Principle
When the machine is working, motor drives the eccentric bushing to rotate through V-belt, transmission shaft and transmission gear, and makes movable cone swing back and forth. The driven cone with single hydraulic cylinder can adjust the outlet, clean the cavity, overload and iron pass protection, and other functions; and materials are continuously squeezed and impacted in the crushing cavity and then discharged from the bottom.
