Application of Jaw Crusher

Working Principle
Jaw crusher uses motor as its power. The main structure of the jaw crusher consists of body frame, eccentric shaft, big pulley, flywheel, movable jaw, cheek plate, toggle plate, toggle seat, top thread bolt, reset spring, fixed jaw and movable jaw; the toggle plate has a great role in insurance. Through the motors wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of stationary jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.
