Sand Washer Description:
Sand washer also can be called sand washing machine or stone-sand washing machine, which is generally used to clear up and remove the dirt and contaminate mixed in sandstones. Sand washing machine is used to washing artificial sand (also can washing natural sand) machine. Sand washer can be divided into two types: XL sand washer and XS sand washer. XL sand washer is characterized by new sealing structure and adjustable overflow weir plate, ensuring high efficiency and durability of this series of products. It is suitable for the sand using units of sand factory, construction site, hydroelectric power station, and concrete dam construction site, glass manufacturing industry, foundry industry, and oil well exploration industry.

Sand Washer Application
Sand washing machine is suitable for washing, grading and removing fine-grained sand and coarse-grained sand in metallurgy, building, water conservancy and constructions, etc, especially in washing construction sand, gravel roads. Low consumption, novel sealing structure, adjustable overflows weir and reliable transmission system could fully ensure the complete washing and dehydrating.

Working Principle
The electric motor runs slowly with the impellor after decelerated by the belt, decelerator and gears wheel. The sand and stone flow into washing launder from feeding launder, rolls with the impellor, and grinds each other. The impurity covering the sand is washing away. At the same time, add more water, the strong water flow will take away waste and some low-weight wastes from washing launder. Through the above process, the washing function is finished. The clean sand and stone is lift up by vane. When it goes up slowly, the water begins to drop through the mesh and fall back in the washing launder. On one hand, water is removed from the sand and stone; on the other hand, the water can be fully used. Finally, the sand and stone goes to the out launder from the rotary impellor to finish the washing task.
